Men’s Club

Saint Agnes Parish Men’s Club was started by five men of the Parish in 1991. We have since grown to over 60 members. Our mission is consistent with the Saint Agnes Parish’s mission statement.

We are a faith-based spiritual, service, and social organization charged with helping with many parish activities such as the Lenten fish fry and the annual bazaar where we help set up/tear down, man the dice booth and contribute a “basket” auction prize. Additionally, we show our commitment to the unborn as we install over 400 wooden crosses each October to symbolize the victims of abortion (we also lend these crosses to other parishes).

We contribute financially to various parish causes and help with special projects. We are probably best known for our delicious cinnamon rolls! The preparing, baking, icing and selling of these rolls once or twice a year provides great fellowship among our members. Proceeds from the sales, along with annual dues of $20, are used to fund our mission. We have several social get-togethers each year including Steeler tailgate watch party, annual meeting in Resurrection Hall, a picnic on the grounds, Beer with a Priest, golf outing, and others. We have a Memorial Mass for all deceased members followed by a buffet breakfast. We gather at the funeral home to say the rosary for any newly deceased member.
